The ninth in this series of workshops on Electronics for LHC Experiments, was organised for the CERN LHC Electronics Co-ordinating Committee by NIKHEF, the Dutch National Institute for Nuclear Physics and Particle Physics, in Amsterdam.
The workshop was held from September 29 - October 3, 2003 at NIKHEF, Amsterdam.
